1. Membership and Eligibility

1.1. Eligibility:

Our Services are intended for marketing professionals. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and become a member. By applying for membership, you represent and warrant that you meet these criteria.

1.2. Account Registration:

To access the community, you must create an account, providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

1.3. Subscription and Billing:

• Monthly Subscription: Membership in Growth Authority requires a recurring monthly subscription fee, which is managed and processed through our community platform provider, Circle.so ("Circle").
• Billing and Payments: By providing a payment method on the Circle platform, you agree to Circle's payment terms and authorize them to charge you the monthly membership fee at the then-current rate. All payment and billing issues should be directed to Circle's support channels, though we will assist where possible.
• Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel it prior to the renewal date through the Circle platform.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our subscription fees. Any price changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance, and the new rates will apply to your next billing cycle.

2. Cancellation and Termination

2.1. Cancellation by You:

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your account settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Services until the end of that period. Subscription fees are non-refundable.

2.2. Termination by Us:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services, without refund, if you violate these Terms, including our Community Guidelines (Section 4). We may also terminate your account for any other reason at our sole discretion, in which case we may provide a prorated refund.

3. Use of Services and Content

3.1. License to You:

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services and view the content (playbooks, templates, videos, etc., hereafter "Our Content") for your personal, internal business, and professional development purposes, contingent on your compliance with these Terms.

3.2. Restrictions:

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense Our Content.
• Share your account login credentials with any other person.
• Copy, reproduce, or publicly display Our Content outside of the community without our express written permission.
• Use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3.3. User-Generated Content:

You may post content, such as messages, questions, and files ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant Growth Authority a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content in connection with operating and promoting the community. You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to post it.

4. Community Guidelines

To maintain the high-signal, professional nature of our community, you agree not to:

• Post any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or hateful.
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
• Post spam, unsolicited promotions, or advertisements for your own products or services without prior approval.
• Share private conversations or information from the community without the explicit consent of all parties involved.
• Violate the intellectual property rights of others.

Violation of these guidelines may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and technology associated with Growth Authority, including Our Content and our proprietary SaaS tools, are the exclusive property of Intense Group and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in such property.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

6.1. "As Is" Service:

The Services are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

6.2. No Professional Advice:

The content provided within the community is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or other professional advice.

6.3. Limitation of Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intense Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the Services.

7. General Provisions

7.1. Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7.2. Changes to Terms:

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on our site and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
